Terms of Use

1. General terms

L2DB provides an international audience with a private game server directory, voting, reviews, support requests, and paid promotion tools. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable law.

• The service does not impose a separate age limit; users must have the legal capacity required in their country.
• Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy available in the legal information section.
• Nothing in these terms restricts mandatory rights granted by applicable law.

2. Accounts and user duties

Users are responsible for accurate registration data, keeping their access credentials secure, and actions performed through their account.

• Automated abuse, circumvention of restrictions, interference with the service, and unlawful content are prohibited.
• Compromised accounts and technical issues should be reported through support requests.

3. Servers, voting, and reviews

Adding a server may require ownership verification and moderation. The administration may hide, reject, or remove data that violates rules or third-party rights.

• Votes are subject to published limits; owners cannot vote for their own servers.
• Reviews are public to read but may be submitted only by authenticated users and are moderated.
• Reports, support requests, and notifications are used to communicate and resolve issues.

4. Paid services

VIP, TOP, branding, and other placements are paid from the internal balance and operate for the stated period or slot. The price, duration, and selected start date are shown before purchase confirmation; immediately before charging, the service checks the price and availability of the selected period again.

• The internal balance may be used only to purchase L2DB services, is not a bank account, and does not support independent withdrawal of funds.
• Once a paid period has started, no refund is provided for the portion of the service already delivered. Refund eligibility for any undelivered portion is determined by applicable law.
• For a confirmed technical failure, the administration may extend the placement or compensate the internal balance.
• Mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain unaffected.

5. Creatives and moderation

Logos and creatives must be owned or lawfully used by the user. Each new version may be moderated; approval does not transfer rights or guarantee permanent placement.

• A creative may be rejected with a reason.
• Users remain responsible for content, trademarks, and links in uploaded materials.

6. Liability

L2DB is an information directory and promotion platform and does not operate the listed game servers. Their availability, rules, security, paid features, and content are controlled by their owners. L2DB is not a party to a user's dealings with third-party server owners unless expressly stated otherwise.

• The service is provided subject to technical availability and does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party servers, websites, or payment providers.
• Liability is not excluded where exclusion is prohibited by law.
• Users must independently assess game projects and external links.

7. Changes and access

Documents may change when features or legal requirements change. A new version is published here with its effective date. Material violations may lead to restrictions on an account or its content.

For account, payment, content, or rights issues, use Support Requests in your profile or the operator email. Include enough information to investigate the issue.
